What's great about it: Ease of use

Easy peasy

First time user. Turbo Tax was recommended by a few friends. Simple to use. I also liked the ItsDeductible feature since I donate a lot of items to local charities.

easy process

i have been using turbo tax for 5 years now, and i really like that i can do my taxes for myself and it's not complicated.
What's great about it: no long wait to file. no paying an arm and a leg to someone else

Turbo Tax Issues

I had a refund coming from the state but this program put it as a payment of estimated tax for 2014. My tax situation will not change in 2014 and I will not owe any state taxes.
What's great about it: I liked the ability to move about the federal forms
What's not so great: I was not able to move about the state forms and see what was entered until filing time. I wanted my refund.

Form 4835 Issues

Didn't load on my older computer. Had to find fix online. Fix was easy and worked. Program worked well for most things. Did not work well for farming form 4835. Also Iowa state program for auto fees did not work well for me. Not too bad to overcome problems. Overall I like the program.
What's great about it: Works good for must "normal" things.
What's not so great: Form 4835 not friendly.

Simple, effective, quick

Quickly walked me through all of my options. By using the information from last year, the software was able to tailor the interview style walkthrough and call attention to things that were different from the previous year and called attention to areas I may have missed or entered incorrectly. Worked great.

unable to add another return??

i want to do my step dau and son in law return like last year and i bought a second turbo tax but it will not let me download without removing mine from the computer. you need to fix this.
