Please make some kind of notation in the 1099-R section that SSA-1099 section will be the next section. That would answer a lot of questions for people receiving a SSA-1099 form for the first time
What's great about it: You compare answers from the previous year, and you make it easy to do
What's not so great: What to do with Social Security-SSA-1099 forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Occasionally T-Tax instructed me to enter certain data but did not give any clue where the info could be found. Also, entered duplicate income items when it seemed that the original entry was not recorded. Had to remove on one of many reviews.
What's great about it: Step by Step
What's not so great: Some guesses required to understand instructions

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. In 2012, I was widowed and have a dependent. The system this year was not carrying information over properly and had me filing as Single without the deduction benefits of a dependent and Head of Household. I had to reset the software three times before it would finally keep my status as Single-Head of Household and count my dependent. Even though it showed me as Widow and had my dependent, information listed.
What's not so great: There is a bug in the system - see review below.
