Mostly Good

Returning to the program still requires moving through pages to get where you want to be. A navigator panel with a list of all the pages (with a check near the ones you've visited) might help. The
"File by Mail" option for state return did not appear. (Learned online that I needed to delete cookies and restart program in order to get that option.) Price for state electronic filing went up this year!

Easy to do taxes

I use this program every year and love it. I can put all the basic information form the previous tax year in when I start my new return. I can see what my refund would be if I had an retirement account and make the decision to start one or not.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and understand
What's not so great: None

Easy to do tax program

I have used Turbo tax for many years and will continue to use. I like the easy of way of asking questions and filling in current data. I like that Turbo tax gets the prior years return so I can see what I did last year in case I forget something.
What's great about it: I liked the easy guide in asking questions.
What's not so great: After I installed the product, It did not immediately ask for updates. Had to updates whenI got to the state sales tax

Easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. I find that it continues to improve each year and as a result, I can complete my returns quickly. I like the feature that allows the user to navigate on my own. I will continue to use this product.
What's great about it: Able to go to parts of return I needed - experienced in tax return preparation.
What's not so great: Cannot see worksheets.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. Love the software and find it equal to professional accounting software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step method, help available when needed

Love the way it carries forward info, great time saver and the way you can get more info on a topic with a quick click.
What's great about it: Ask's questions to remind of issues to consider, later helpes fix type-o's
What's not so great: you have more information on us than I prefer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
