Overall walk through was not bad however when printing reports for filing or records, there is no option to just print. The only option on the print pop up was to save to pdf or view and you had to print through the pdf application (awkward).
Also when working with purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe, was prompted to be charged for 2 state tax copies instead of one. When consulting online help, answers were sent regarding e-filing rather than an incorrect program which I had to consult the store I purchased to answer the program related question. Poor customer service to be honest.

. when your printing isn't working and you are computer illiterate it isn't that easy to find the return to review after filing.

Importation of data is very poor

turbo tax need to import data better from quicken and quick books. . for example WHEN IMPORTING data only brings in the vary raw results. so if you have documents that have been scanned in Quicken thinking that when you save all your data to a PDF file incase you receive an audit request. That data is not there. you have to painfully rebuild it. by going to Quicken researching all the entries and printing them out one by one.
From experience another item in quicken when scanning in these documents it is in a windows picture format. The IRS and my state only accept PDF copies of the requested document. .

Great Program

I've been a fan since before Intuit bought Turbo Tax. Create program that is accurate and very easy to use. I even use Turbo Tax Business to do my corporation taxes. It has all the other tax packages beat.

When I initially tried to start TurboTax 2013 my computer would not let me. Other than that TurboTax for this year has been the easiest and most complete tax program I have used. I have been using TurboTax since it first became available.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick.
What's not so great: initial loading of program a real problem
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Made it Easy!

Hardest part was getting my old computer's disc drive to open up. After that, it was all smooth sailing. I've used Turbo Tax since 2009, and love how it pulls forward my information from prior returns and allows me to make any necessary changes.
The process was straightforward and easy as always, with the newer and potentially-confusing income and expense categories explained as I went along.
Very small gripe: After completing my returns, Turbo Tax launched into an update search and download that took about 10 minutes. There might have been an option to do this before starting the return and I missed it. If not, that would be a good option next year (seems it was in prior years).
Love the product!
What's great about it: Pre-Loaded Info from Last Year, Easy Step-By-Step Process
What's not so great: Would have liked the update option to come before preparing my return
