Excellent Software!

We've been using Turbo Tax for years and wouldn't use another tax software!
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: Wish I'd uploaded last year's data
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is great!

For futures tax filing years, I would like to be able to retrieve more information regarding business expenses. I would like Turbo Tax to provide more comparisons to prior year deductions (i.e. detail on business expenses used).
What's great about it: I like the question and answer guides
What's not so great: The Texas Sales Tax update was not ready when I had initially wanted to prepare and submit my 2013 taxes.

Good But Could Be Better

I've used TT for a long time and find it easy and accurate. This year was not quite as good as previous years when it was so easy to incorporate data from the previous years' returns.
What's great about it: User Friendly and easy to know what to enter and when
What's not so great: Couldn't find any way to import last year's return to this years and compare them

Not too shabby

I have used this software for all my returns in the past 5 years. It's pretty easy to use if you read carefully and take your time. I had a problem in the transmit department. Downloaded updates three times but still couldn't transmit until I quit the program completely and restarted it. Then transmission went through with no issues.
What's great about it: Quick & easy
What's not so great: Update issues
