Very intuitive and simple to use

I have been using TurboTax for the last few years and it makes it very easy to complete what would normally be a complex process. I love that it allows you to go back to specific points just in case you forgot something.
What's great about it: All forms included and allows you to navigate through the process easily

2013 federal taxes

There is no link to information to explain the questions asked about the AMT. This has been an issue year after year. In almost every other part of completing the return, there are links that help explain the question being asked. Why can't this same thing happen when in the AMT part of the program?
What's great about it: walks you through each step
What's not so great: not enough information on AMT

I've used Turbotax for quite a few years now! Turbotax just gets better and better each year, even though the Government just keeps making more and more hard-to-follow rules and regulations!! Thank YOU, Turbotax folks!!
What's great about it: Fast-Accurate-Easy to understand and to use!
What's not so great: Well--It is all about TAXES,after-all!

The "guided" process plus the helpful worksheets to review gave me confidence that my return was accurate. Also, being able to review prior year worksheets was very helpful, especially in the area of capital loss carryover. It's like having a tax preparation expert sitting right beside you!
What's great about it: Extremely helpful guided process, worksheets for every step
What's not so great: None

Even without being able to load from last year (old pc crashed and files not recoverable), it was still a very easy way to do my taxes.

To fix errors, it is frustrating to have a question concerning the form where the error occurs and not have access to that form. Example error occurs in Schedule E line 6. and a number is required to fix the error. I would like to have Schedule E on the screen as I see then what information is related to. End of filing and printing it would be nice to have the option of going through each page that should have been printed to verify a blank page was either a printer error or intentionally left blank.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions are logical
What's not so great: Errors reported, would be nice to go to the actual form to correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My experiences

I spent a lot of time figuring out how to print the return then it would not validate my return so it would not do the exile. I ws getting very frustrated with the whole thing until I set it aside and went to get new updates, deleted the extension that I decided not to apply for then it finally went through.
What's great about it: It was complete and detailed
What's not so great: Difficulty filing and deleting unnecessary forms.
