I paid for the software and then you still want to charge me a convenience fee. Give me a break

Outstanding Return

Excellent product for completing my federal and state taxes. The process was easy to follow and allowed me to receive the maximum return on my taxes.
What's great about it: THe process flow was easy to follow.

2013 Turbo Tax Review

I liked the overall user-friendliness of the software. I especially like the explanations provided with each question and section.
What's great about it: Improved usability of software.
What's not so great: Very small print.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simply put: the easiest, most efficient way of doing taxes.

Unable to file electronically

When attempting to submit my federal return electronically, I kept receiving a message that updates were available. I checked for updates, ran them and then tried to resubmit my return and received the same message again that updates were available. I did this three times and then decided to send in my return via mail.

efile concern

The program allows for you to take your time when inputting and collecting data. I had concerns on why a personal vehicle that is used part of the time would generate a capital gain and the question was not answered on the web site. Had to proceed with the gain which increased my tax liability. Also thought it interesting that the state e-file fee increased during the filing window. I would expect it to stay the same for the whole period.
What's great about it: The ability to take my time filling out return
What's not so great: not clear answers for some questions
