Turbo Tax makes it so to file my not so simple taxes.

What's not so great: They can't searc h my house for my receipts...

I could have my company pay for my tax preparation but why when my information is not complicated, it is easy to use and gives you feedback along the way

Completly lost all my 2013 tax info, and finally I could only find it, opening the turbo tax app 2015 !!!!

It works. Not crazy about it. Get tired of the constant reminders of checking for updates.
Saves a lot of time compared to doing it all manually.
What's great about it: appears to be thorough
What's not so great: Can't seem to locate or load returns older than one year

did regular and retirement income for federal and state, all easy to follow and covered all posibilities
What's great about it: no problems and very complete coverage of my income an deductions

I have used Turbo Tax for years for myself as well as my family. I have recommended Turbo Tax to many people who would have paid money to commercial tax preparers for a simple return or even a more complicated return. I will continue to recommend this product and will continue to use the product myself.
What's great about it: User Friendly with easy explanations and easy to contact if a problem arises.
