Still Great After All These Years

Been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years in three different states and filed in multiple states a couple of times. Never had a problem and have a high confidence in the outcome. I'm a retired CFO and Turbo Tax produces an outcome which is about what I thought it would be but a whole lot easier.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, covers all the tax issues for the aveage household
What's not so great: The first time around is a little tense - but it grows on you

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have no reason or desire to use another product. Turbo Tax serves me well every year.

Paying Extra to efile State taxes is a ripoff

You buy this package and Intuit doesn't miss a chance nickel and dime you for everything from various state returns to efiling state. I'll be looking elsewhere next year.
What's great about it: menu driven
What's not so great: Nickel and Dime you to death

every year i have trouble installing updates and need to call customer support. had difficultly installing another state and had to call customer service
What's great about it: easy to input data and create return

Easy filing

Great way to file taxes. Took a lot of the anguish out of filing taxes. Have used Tubotax for years and will continue using.
What's great about it: Walked thru all deductions. Easy to enter data.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
