Dependable For Last Minute Filing

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. As I usually file within days of the due date, it is comforting to know that I won't be missing a needed form. Additionally, provided the information is entered correctly, there is no need to worry about math errors. I would like to see my Con addressed with the ability to see the current form being completed. Either a "button" that would allow the form to be to the right on a split screen or as a "pop-up".
What's great about it: Step by Step Guidance
What's not so great: Real Time Form Review Unavailable

Good but not great.

I am a Linux user and prefer to use your on line service, but was unable to do so because I needed to file in several states. TurboTax Deluxe made that possible, but hardly seamless, and required that I have a copy of Windows in order to process my returns.
With more people moving to non-Windows computers and devices, you really should clean up your on line act.
What's great about it: Guided preparation smooth as always.
What's not so great: Dealing with multiple state returns was awkward, at best.

Designed My Refund!

I am not real analytical or a numbers cruncher per say and so preparing taxes is not something I look forward in accomplishing, but with Turbo Tax...it is very easy!!
What's great about it: Great providing samples of questions or suggested where to obtain information.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What A Relief!!

Doing my 2013 Federal and State taxes was as painless as possible. TurboTax walked me through both returns with minimal effort on my part. My MD tax return wasn't complicated or confusing at all, unlike past years.
I highly recommend using TurboTax!!
What's great about it: I did my Federal and State taxes in under an hour!
What's not so great: There wasn't one thing I didn't like with the 2013 Edition

I have used TurboTax for over 10yrs with NO ISSUES. Highly Recommend. Other programs have come and gone, Turbo Tax has clearly defined itself as the best year after year.

Buggy

When the program launched it said there were no updates at this time. Went through the whole return and when I went to transmit (efile) it failed because it said there were updates. Checked for updates 20-some times and it kept saying it was updating. After 15 or so it wouldn't reopen the return. So, I restarted TurboTax. Again, it said there were no updates available but I checked anyway and it said there were. So, I ran the update routine several more times before opening the return. This time it opened fine and was able to transmit. Took at least 45 minutes more than it should have. Been using TT for YEARS and found it reliable until this year.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything and does the calculations
What's not so great: Major problems with Updates

Very confusing if you have to go back and revisit items. Older versions were better. Charging enough fees yet?
