I've used it for the last four tax seasons and it's been one of my better decisions to do so. I recommend Turbo Tax for everyone.
What's great about it: it's so easy...love it!
What's not so great: We owe, but that's the way it goes...

I made a mistake and saved a new return over a completed filed return. At a minimum there should be a couple of popups urging a user not to save over a filed return. Consider not allowing a filed return not to be saved over at all. My filed return is lost. I had not even printed a full copy when I made the mistake. So the best I can do is 4 of 5.
What's not so great: You should not be able to easily save over a completed return.

Using Turbo Tax year after year is the only way to go. I've had life changes (2 cross-country moves in less than 5 years, new job, etc) and Turbo Tax walked me through every possible scenario. Couldn't have been easier!

This was our first experience using Turbo Tax. We had a very straightforward return (just some W-2s and education documents). We were able to claim deductions for moving across the country this year, as well.
What's great about it: Accurate, easy, fast
What's not so great: None known
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax is a mature, well designed and laid out product. Entering information necessary for filing is fast with clear directions and help available at every step. Turbo Tax eases the task of interpreting and complying with America's incredibly convoluted income taxes - but I guess that's what happens when you allow a bunch of attorneys to write the U. S. tax code.
The one negative to me is the state e-file fee seems high for the value received. Although you could back out of the process and send your state return snail mail, the fee is disclosed late in the process.
What's great about it: Well thought out design, moderately complex return relatively painless
What's not so great: State tax e-file ambush

Seemed like things went well. Handled things we had not anticipated just fine.
We ended up with lots of paper, but looks good as far as we can tell.
What's great about it: handled consulting fee well
