Had to mail my refund

Could not e-file with my Mac. Kept stating need to update before sending electronically. Updated 3 times and still could not e-file. Have to mail my returns. This program has worked well for me for the past 5 years using Windows. I would like to be able to complete the process using my Mac without mailing my returns in the future.
What's great about it: Calculates everything well, lets you know if you forgot something
What's not so great: Could not e-file with my Mac, kept asking for updates before sending as an e-file

Confusing Medical info area, Where does Medical Insurance belong. What about flex-plan. we pay this with taxes already taken out; where does this go? I do have adult children I help with occasionally, is there a place tio put this?

I don't like all the pushing for extras like audit insurance and money for e-filing the state return. I've now filed my federal, and am rating this, which at this point, I'm not sure where my state return is at. I hope it's coming next, but since I said I would mail it, I'm not sure. This is what I'm talking about. It's too pushy, and a little underhanded.
What's great about it: Gets the job done.
What's not so great: Too much pushing for Audit Insurance, etc

TurboTax is really quite easy--you just need to have all of your information ready.
This program saved me hundreds of dollars compared to having my taxes prepared by someone else.

this software is very dependable and easy to use. I have used TurboTax since 2005 and I have always been left with the assurance that i have recieved the best refund and that all my information is secure. The benefit of using this software year after year is that it populates much of the information from the prior year(s) to expidite the information process. I would highly recommend TurboTax to anyone looking for an efficient solution to submitting their taxes each year. It takes the worry out of doing my taxes.

As a first time user of Turbo Tax, I was not sure what to expect, but it was easy to use. It streamlined the whole process of tax preparation and provided lots of help/information that was easy to access and understand. I will use Turbo Tax again.
