I feel confident each time I do my taxes using TurboTax!
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER 20 YEARS...LOVE IT!
What's great about it: SO THOROUGH AND QUICK.
What's not so great: SOMETIMES WHEN YOU GO BACK YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE STEPS IN THAT SECTION.

I have never used Turbo before, but will again. It made the whole process of 1040 filing for fed and state smooth. The e-file is the way to go.
Being able to ask questions during the process helped me, too. Found the answers to the things I wasn't sure about.
All in all, a good product.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and have always been pleased with the results and the time spent to do my taxes. I would recommend it to anyone who can follow directions and who likes having accurate documentation for financial planning.
It could be better if the synchronization between Quicken and Turbo Tax had some kind of pre-planned structure that was more apparent to users of Quicken financial software.
What's great about it: fast and easy to follow
What's not so great: sometimes hard to navigate between tax forms and program calculations

What's not so great: Did not integrate analysis of joint/separate with one sopuse overseas

Very simple to use - high degree of confidence in results. State filing fee is excessive
