Long but worth it...

Great product. Love that info from last year is here and that lots of my info could be retrieved online. Would love more of this - like 529 and college tuition.
What's great about it: simplicity; guided steps; choice of walk through or section choices
What's not so great: some questions around home office expenses were a bit confusing

This is the best tax self preparation one can get for the money . Worth every penny and ease of use . Self explanatory data entry and smooth transition from last years taxes incorporated into this years to help calculate .
What's great about it: Quick ease of use .

2013 Refund

Very pleased, will probably use TurboTax next year. Two things I didn't quite like. Each time I went to the next topic I had to scroll further and further to the bottom. After the first few topics this was no big deal, but after several topics this got annoying. The other item was that my wife was away from the house when I was doing the return and when it asked what I wanted to do with my refund (take it or use it towards next year, I decided to go back to that later. I had a tough time getting back to that question for a while. Finally figured it out.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: After each topic I had to scroll down to the bottom to continue to the next topic.

Another good year

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least the last 6 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with knowing that I am getting the biggest refund that I am due. To me there is no other option than using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very user friendly.....

Wonderful Job

I did my tax return by hand last year and was curious to determine if I missed a lot of deductions. As it turns out, I missed only one minor deduction that made virtually no difference in my return last year. However, TurboTax was convenient, thorough, and I was able to e-file.

Very easy to use

Over all great product. Outside of the annoying need to scroll to the bottom of the screen constantly to go to the next page all went very smooth and easily.
What's great about it: Step bystep processed walked me striaght through
