This is an awesome product and wouldn't change it. I was a bit hesitant to exit as I wanted to come back later and update and wasn't sure if it would save. A pop up button option asking this along the way might be better.
What's great about it: Step by Step - makes it so easy
What's not so great: Not clear how to save and come back later

I have been using Turbo tax for as long as I can remember. At least 20 years and each year the program gets better.
What's great about it: SUPER EASY AND VERY COMPLETE ALONG THE WAY.

Been using turbo tax since 1995, you have my history, you don't have to ask lots of questions like am I blind, am I over 65, etc. etc. you should be able to figure it out and present results for me to change if needed.
What's great about it: Ease of use, ability to switch between forms and step by step
What's not so great: Too many questions on stuff I don't need or do. Recommend a review of history files and from than you don't have to ask

RITA needs help

I have both earned income at an employer and a small business and your local RITA income tax form for Ohio captures the small business and ignores the employer information. it does though capture the taxes paid. I do this manually.
What's great about it: Love it because you can download data & it copies in last year
What's not so great: Ohio RITA form did not calculate correctly
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Turbo tax has helped ease my mind about filing an inadequate or incorrect tax return. Just answering the questions and correcting any errors gives me confidence that I have filed an accurate return.
