why a poor rating review

In my original run through I chose to apply my VA refund towards next year. Since I never owe the state money I changed my mind and even though I change the decision button and Turbo Tax accepted the change, it kept saying my VA tax refund was $0 when in fact I'm due a refund of about $1400. Now I have to pursue another avenue to try to get my refund.
Can you help?
What's great about it: user ease
What's not so great: did not accept my change
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier than ever!

I found this to be the clearest and easiest version of Turbo Tax yet. The guidance, explanations and help were excellent. I've gone from a 40 hour project 20 years ago to less than 5 hours total to do my taxes this year. I love it!
What's great about it: Quick and easy completion of tax documents. Great help and guidance for most items.
What's not so great: Could be better in REIT/Sched K area

I now have used Turbo Tax for the last 2 years, no matter the situation, turbo finds the correct answer!
What's great about it: not matter the problem, turbo has the answer
What's not so great: there is no cons just truths

Easy program to use, walks you through step by step. However there may be some situations that are not very wide spread may need some investigation.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, seems thorough

Easy Peasy

Only thing I can say is great, great, great! I have always used a tax service and now I know I have spent a lot of money that I could have kept. I will continue using turbo tax in the future.

I've been using TurboTax for more than 15 years and have recommended it to family and friends.
What's great about it: Straightforward and easy to use.
What's not so great: tax process overly complicated but not the fault of INTUIT.

Fast and Easy

If you're thinking that you can't handle doing your own taxes, even if you're itemizing deductions, Turbo Tax makes it very easy and will give you piece of mind. I've been doing Turbo Tax returns for several years, and it's a good partnership. Prior year information is loaded in and you don't need to spend any extra time/money with a tax filing agency to maximize your refund.
What's great about it: Well-explained, time savings.
What's not so great: none
