Love it, but constant updates are ANNOYING!

Intuit should really not have to do updates on a daily basis, especially on April 13! You need a better update mechanism.

I've used Turbo Tax for 10 Years now and the experience is great! It is so easy to use....step by step instructions!
Better than lugging all of your receipts to a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Easy to Use!

Once again Turbo Tax was my go to solution for filing my federal and state taxes. The guided approach makes it easy and efficient to complete the tax filing process. I have been using Turbo Tax exclusively for many years now and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Step by step process is great.
What's not so great: None!!!

I saved time and money doing my return myself. When I was done, I felt confident I had gotten the best refund I could. It compare last years return to the new return to make sure things aren't missed. It also gives you an assessment of you risk for an audit.
What's great about it: This software is easy to use and walks you through each step of the return
What's not so great: I had no real issues with the software

I have been using TurboTax for 18 years; it is an exceptional product that has made tax preparation and filing much easier, and accurate. I am confident that my taxes are done right.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use, accurate, dependable

Wish there was less advertising & sales pitches

Turbotax automates much of the completion of taxes once you enter the essential information. Most of the times there are explanations for the various entries which is helpful.
On the other hand, there are many spots in the program where they try to get you to buy unwanted services. It is structured so that it is easy to make a mistake and order something if you are not careful. After paying for the software, this seems not a good business practice.
What's great about it: Automatic form completion
What's not so great: Too much advertising
