I had to wait until 5am the next day to get help. I called for help and we had a bad connection. I could barely hear the person on the other end. However, the support person was patient and wonderful correcting the situation in a timely manner.
What's great about it: Relatively easy until the end (before filing) -- support made it primo
What's not so great: Before filing I was being charged for state filing which was supposed to be free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

THis is about the 4th or 5th year that I've used Turbo Tax and I really like it. It makes filing your taxes much easier and make sure you get every deduction that you can.
What's great about it: I really like how Turbo Tax walks you through each section and carries forward the information from the prior year.
What's not so great: Sometimes it can be difficult to go back without having to go through multiple screens or starting the section over

I have used TurboTax for years and always find it easy to use and accurate. My only dislike is that preparing estimated tax payments doesn't provide enough help. The interview should step me through the same questions about income, instead of asking for one lump sum figure (with the exception of Soc Sec income). The lump sum figure is OK when you don't expect things to change, but not when you do expect a change.
What's great about it: Great, Accurate Product and very easy to use.
What's not so great: Estimated Tax Prep hard to use

The software is great, no problem at all using it. What bother me is the systematic increase in prices for the software and e-file year after year without a merit regardless to $$ amounts. Also all these ad-spy-cookies that comes up when you start the e-file process.

Inconsistent yes/no question formats. Some had radio buttons, some had check boxes, some had yes/no choice built into the screen advance buttons. Would be a cleaner product to use each form tool consistently and for its appropriate purpose.
A TurboTax generated confirmation number for e-file submission would be nice.
What's great about it: Simple step-by-step walk throughs and summary pages of income, decutions, etc. categories.
What's not so great: Inconsistent yes/no question formats. Some had radio buttons, some had check boxes, some had yes/no advance buttons.
