Always Stress Free

I have filed my taxes using Turbo Tax for several years and am very pleased with the results year to year. I will continue to use this software and highly recommend it.

Could have explained 1099-R more thoroughly when it was an inheritance! I had to find it myself in a search.
What's great about it: Most was easy to understand

Decent product

I had a more complicated return this year and needed to check and edit the actual forms as well as put preliminary information into the form. This could be done but required lots of effort to overcome the idiot controls and restrictions. Always has been a good product and very good with easy or less complicated returns.
What's great about it: fairly automated
What's not so great: hard to edit certain areas
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Initial use of software...Good few if any difficulties. Until I needed to update the software to file in April. Then it became extremely slow in responding to commands...painfully so!
Unable to print despite repeated attempts to do so, finally gave up and then saved to pdf.

Overall this program makes doing taxes easier. They could still make a few things a little better, like some of their explanations.

Turbo tax takes all the angst out of filing our returns. it was very easy as it takes you through step by step to ensure everything is correct and that our refund was the maximum that we could get.

I completed various returns this year with turbo tax for family. this program makes returns so easy and takes in account various tax situations. I am confident in the program with its constant updates reassuring me I am using all information at hand to complete my returns
