I pushed the back button and then they made me pay to file my State taxes when it was included :'(

It took many steps for the Mac to load program.

Astounding System!

After over sixty years of filing taxes, I must admit that the task is clearly beyond me. Relying on Turbo Tax and my computer, for as long as I can remember, has made my life in April very relaxing.
What's great about it: Clear, direct and comprehensive.
What's not so great: Unseen movement and magic

Relatively Painless Experience

I've been using TurboTax to file for seven years now and I couldn't imagine going back to manual forms. It's so much easier to bring things in from the previous year and just update them for the current year. Based on past experience, TurboTax is an app I can trust and while doing the year's taxes is still nothing I look forward to, it ends up being more painless than expected and definitely saves time.
What's great about it: TurboTax took me through each step but allowed me to easily skip those that didn't apply.
What's not so great: Got different results through the check more than once.

Almost there

Almost perfect, but if you go back while importing W2s it seems to get lost for awhile. And if it needed a state for some item then it should ask when the item is entered, not during the review.
I've been using TurboTax for close to 20 years or more and it does not let me down and I've never had it make a serious error, although for 2 years running I got notices that the IRS wanted more money for something they could not explain.

What's great about it: Accurate, reliable, complete and easy
What's not so great: Still frustrates me when I need to go back and look at something again. Stuck wading through the same territory again.

I have been using TurboTax for years. I was disappointed that this year's (2013) would not import last year's (2012). Also, I had a lot of difficulty grabbing the scroll bar.
What's great about it: Easy to understand. Clear directions.
What's not so great: TurboTax 2013 would not import my TurboTax 2012! Also, it was difficult to grab the scroll bar.
