Greater then ever...

So easy to understand and complete.
Only having to enter data once. Data entry is easy with all the automatic formatting throughout the process.
I'm very confident that the guidance is correct and through.
What's great about it: If paying taxes can be called esay...well this is it!
What's not so great: Haven't found one yet...

there are only a few things that don't have an explanation as to what they mean exactly. however it's 98% easier than trying to do it by yourself like I used to.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some terms need explanations

Easy work for refund.

I enjoy using Turbo Tax. I have used it for at least 10 years now without hesitation or issue. The only problem I ever encountered was with Gvt. and not with the program itself.
What's great about it: Easy to use without loss of information or area of concern.
What's not so great: Really did not have any.

Quick & Easy!

We LOVE Turbo Tax! We use to pay someone to do our taxes, not I can do them on my own. We have been using Turbo tax the past 3 years and love it... The only problem I have ever had was this year when it could not find my last years returns, I had to reenter all my info which was a pain!
What's great about it: I can do it myself in no time!
What's not so great: Some how lost my last years info

Taxes done

Easy to use and follow. State taxes are not required in Alaska. Program should allow an opt-out at beginning if no stat filing is required for any of the income. Other than that a very good program. I use Intuit programs for all financials I have to do. Both my individual and at organizations where I am responsible officer. My Lodge and at the Am. Legion.

Michigan Pension

The software should know that the pension is not taxable based on the age entered in Turbotax (pc version).
What's great about it: accurate, if you're smart enough to fix default settings
What's not so great: defaulted to taxable pension. This would hurt many older customers who don't know better.
