Why did I have to run updates at the last minute?

I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration if TT has requested that from the beginning, everyone should search for updates! The sales tax problem cost me an hour of trying to find out why they weren't ready for me .
What's great about it: Overall, the process still works
What's not so great: Updates required!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TURBO TAX IS THE BEST, NEXT TO A CPA, WHO I SHOULD SAY, RECOMMEND I USE TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: BEING ABLE TO GO BACK AND REVIEW AS OFTEN AS NEEDED

Best part is that the previous year's information is ported over so the program "knows" me.
What's great about it: So easy, accurate, complete. It gets better every year.
What's not so great: Filing fee went up by $5
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so easy. Every item is step by step, and the questions are in a format that easy to follow along with. I would highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone doing their own taxes.

My biggest refund to date!

Filing an additional state was a little more than I would have like to pay. The download should be at least half the price charged. I was not able to e-file due to lack of history in filing in that state
