Convient and affordable

Sooooo easy

Loved this years Turbo Tax. I loved that it estimated whether or not I could obtain a deduction based off our income. At the end it took many attempts to file the taxes. It kept saying we had updates, we would update then it would say we needed to update. I finally shut everything down and restarted for it to work properly.
What's great about it: great improvements
What's not so great: updates wouldn't stick

Easy to use

No one likes doing their taxes unless they have the EZ form. Turbo Tax makes doing my taxes less confusing. I love the explaination boxes for those things when I am not sure what the IRS is asking for. I especially like the fact that the explaination box pops up right on the page I am working on so no clicking around, and losing my spot. I feel better that it checks over everything and shows me if I missed something. It is great to use year after year, that way I can transfer the previous years general info over to the present year. Love this product!

Money well spent. The year to year feature is excellent for bringing forward previous tax issues and this speeds things up as well.
What's great about it: Walks me through everything
What's not so great: Sometimes trying to find links with key words is not effective

I rec'd my CPA license in 2013;still use Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I've been an accountant/Controller for years, and in 2013 I finally received my CPA license. People ask me if this means I won't be using Turbo Tax any longer. My answer is: Why would I stop using Turbo Tax? It is a great product and is very easy to use. Having the CPA license and the knowledge and training that went into getting it, just makes me understand better than most that Turbo Tax is a great product and I know I can trust it.
What's great about it: Ease pf use, plenty of reminders, It's Deductible!
What's not so great: Wish fee for filing State taxes online was lower
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy with TurboTax

Did a couple of draft returns to make sure the numbers added up the same, and they did. Easy to understand directions/questions. The only confusion was doing HSA. Forms to enter info did not pop-up automatically. Needed to hunt around for them. Talked with others who had similar experience. But end result was achieved.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step process if have uncomplicated return
What's not so great: Some confusion doing HSA

This years return was easier to complete, due to the lack of confusion of past years.
