Keeps getting better

I love it. It keeps getting easier and more efficient. Previous versions asked sequential questions about all the possible scenarios. 2013 lists large pages and allows you to review them all at once. This system is much more efficient and effective.
What's great about it: Every Year gets better and more efficient. No more sequential questions...

A Real Step Backwards

We have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years, but this may be the last. You have made this extremely non-user-friendly - and eliminated the worksheets that we historically used. I'm getting too old for this nonsense.
What's great about it: Like the fact that it is thorough and accurate
What's not so great: Much more difficult and cumbersome to use this version

DIDN'T LIKE NOT SEEING WHAT WAS ACTUALLY PUT ONTO FORMS FOR FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES UNTIL IT WAS ALL DONE.
What's great about it: GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT'S NEEDED

Easy as "PIE"

Just be patient and follow the direction and you will be provided with the information to file a correct tax return.
What's great about it: There were detailed direction every step of the way.
What's not so great: Getting copies of last years tax report
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use and user friendly. Had a lot of automatic placement of the figures in the right places. Double checked your work.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and did the additions and put figures in the right place on the form

Great, As Usual!

The process is as easy as ever, and even more so with the link to It's Deductible for calculating non-monetary charitable donations. The process is simple and quick, especially if one has used TurboTax the previous year (automatic entry of previous year's information: names, addresses, previous entries of income, charities, and so on).
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick, help when needed
What's not so great: Nothing

2013 TT

Each year TT improves and makes doing my taxes easier. I have learned over the years to file my paperwork throughout the year the same way TT asks me questions. It makes finding the answers faster and easier.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Accurate, Customer Support is awesome
What's not so great: I have to file taxes...blah.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
