Been doing turbo tax for a few years now and it is an excellent program.
What's great about it: A lot easier than last year.
What's not so great: A little hard to manuver but doable.

Quick and painless

Quick and fairly painless. With simple taxes like mine only took about an hour (including an error I had to fix). Biggest thing was a problem with education benefits through the VA and what I did have to and didn't have to claim.
What's great about it: Quick, checked multiple deductions for best alternative
What's not so great: A little sketchy on VA education deductions

VERY Easy to Use!

Have used TurboTax for 3 straight years and have found it very easy to use. Simple, step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand. Recommend you try it!
What's great about it: Walks you step by step, gides you through the process, looks for deductions, helps you itemize charity donations
What's not so great: None, really!

Made life easier after retirement

Very easy to use but sometimes a bit lacking in explanations.

What's not so great: Sometimes not totally clear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
