Taxes Done Hassle Free

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy and stress free. We like the way Turbo Tax "grabs" info from previous years. Nice not to have to re-fill out forms.
The section on investments ... is a little confusing, but that stuff isn't easy to understand anyway.

What's great about it: Like the way Turbo Tax walks you through the process.Easy to negotiate through all the forms. Most explinations are good
What's not so great: Not convient to scroll to the bottom after completing each section.

Great Customer Service

I needed some assistance and the 2 wonderful ladies helped and made sure I understood and was given hints on finding Turbo Tax on my new computer.
What's great about it: I've always used Turbo Tax and will continue future use
What's not so great: took a little longer for Turbo Tax to change my password
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great way to get Everything Done!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 4 years and I love it! I was sceptical at first because I like to write things out myself on paper. But with the e-Filing and Itemizing process I can easily pick and choose what I need to fill out from year to year. My friends and I use it every year.
Turbo Tax would make life much easier if they added a Live Chat with people who are experienced with taxes.

Using since early 90s -still works like a charm

I am so glad you are still doing such a great job. As expected, I am gettin older but I can still do the tax job as well as almost 20 years ago. Please keep up the good work. By the way, most of my family use Turbo Tax also. Guess I trained them right.

Another Easy way to file taxes

Frustrating not to find help easily on site to correct validation error on submitting e- file on a mac computer….was really annoying….wasn't going to be " happy camper" if I had to mail my forms to IRS and State after I paid to do Turbo Tax.
Luckily, found answer to my problem on community or help column and did advice recommended…empty trash and rebooted computer…sent and took this time
What's great about it: Easy to do; walked thru each step;
What's not so great: having easy e-file from mac computer several times rejected

My attempt at email filing went a stray. There was no explanation why it was not transmitted. The next day I changed the refund choice, then resubmitted. The transmission was successful. If it is possible to let me know what went wrong I could possibly make the adjustment. I still do not know if the refund choice was the problem.

A couple of times I'm asked to look at my 2012 return and enter numbers that involve me looking through forms and worksheets, finding the right page and line numbers and doing some arithmetic. Or I'm asked a question about my 2012 return, as in did you file form a or form b? In all cases, you shouldn't have to ask me since the data was on my 2012 returns and so is all in TurboTax. Stop making me do this. It's really annoying. I don't want a prize and I don't want to be on your website. I just want you to fix this so my life is easier. That's why I buy TurboTax.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: making me look up things you know
