Filing With Turbo Tax is Pure Ecstasy!

Turbo Tax first and foremost gives a reassuring feeling that the return is accurate and complete. The process is easy, especially with the handholding throughout. I like the constant updating to take into account any changes in tax laws. Efiling is so conveniently offered, and easy to go through. I will use it again next year. I recommend it without reservations.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate, confidence instilled, efiling so easy!
What's not so great: Well maybe a little, the infrequent tasteful ads that appear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Done

I've used Turbo Tax now for a few years. As stated in my pros comments easy to use. Doesn't seem to omit any item that may possibly help with saving us on our return. I like the data transfer from previous year option throughout the whole filing process. The data transfer is "Very Helpful" so we don't overlook something from the previous year's return needed in the latest filing.
What's great about it: Always Explained, Updated with easy instructions to follow.
What's not so great: Would like to print just certain items instead of all pages.

Turbo Tax really is a great way to do your taxes. Just like having your own tax preparer, the more years you use it, the easier and simpler it becomes!!

For the first time ever, I thought TurboTax had made a mistake, and a serious one. I paid a CPA to review my return before I filed it and he confirmed that TT had it correct. He did make one valuable suggestion about how to handle my dependent's education expenses that TurboTax didn't identify or clue me in to. I will remain a TurboTax customer for the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: Easy, smart, correct year after year.
What's not so great: I wish there were a state filing included for the cost of the package

Convenient

I have been using Turbo tax for the past 5 years. I was first drawn to the convenience of having all the explanations one click away. As I went through life changes, Turbo tax was able to keep up with these changes and make sure I had the right forms to submit. This year was the first year I was able to import my brokerage statements directly into the program. For that I believe it is worth the price that I spent.
What's great about it: Turbo tax allows me to autofill all the tedious information from last year
What's not so great: I'm not sure I get a bigger refund from using Turbo Tax than I would if I were doing this by hand
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Man Was That Easy!

If you are a techno geek or just a beginner this is the one for you. I use both the state and federal and was done quick. Make sure you have ALL of your documents in front of you and that will make the experience a lot easier.
What's great about it: Easier This Year Than The Previous Years
What's not so great: Could Be Less Expensive
