Easy Tax

I have used this program and H&R Block program and find Turbo Tax easier to use. I just don't know why people dread doing their taxes, even a simple form. Good job.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Always needs an update during filing period

Complicated but easy!

Unless you have a really complicated tax situation, TurboTax is a very good program to do and file your taxes. Accountants and law firms charge an large sum just to file a simple return and all they do is ask YOU all the questions and fill out the return. TurboTax does that at a substantial savings.
What's great about it: Detailed questions but very simple to use.
What's not so great: I really don't have any cons.

Less Painful

I have a more than average difficult return to do with multiple state returns. This program makes it so much easier and quicker than doing even simple returns by hand.
I do find that getting information on some of the lesser used income and deductions sections can be difficult. The more information buttons don't always lead to answers.

I've used Turbo Taxes for 12 years. It's never been a problem. I was the problem for 2012. i knew i was getting a refund, so, I didn't send in 2012 until a couple of weeks ago. 2014. I'll never do that again! Thank you Intuit.
What's great about it: You ask a question about a document, and I type in the number. Simple as that.
What's not so great: Don't have any, yet.

This is the only way to do taxes, just answer questions and all the forms are filled out with calculations done correctly. Now 18 years been using Turbo Tax & love it!
