Wow! Too easy!

This is my second year of using TurboTax Deluxe for taxes. Would highly recommend to those who do their own taxes. Very simple wizard based and easy to complete. Will definitely use again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use, very user friendly wizard based format -

Easy tax return as usual

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. They guide you through all the steps. I tried taxcut a few years ago to save a few dollars and ended up buying turbotax anyway.

I must file my return in paper form because I cannot attach a schedule of my stock sales, gains and losses. That is a major limiting factor what I otherwise consider to be superior software.
What's not so great: You cannot attach additional schedules to the return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

too many pages!

Overall, I love LOVE turbo tax! However the 40 page printout at the end (state and federal) was a bit over the top. I don't need every single random deduction page from the state of CA (that I don't qualify for...) a page stating "pages 4-10 not printed since blank" or something would be fine!
What's great about it: easy to use for sure!
What's not so great: printed return uses many, many pages. some are charts that have no numbers entered or could be condensed..

I worked with one of your technical staff for three hours, trying to download updates. Which turned out totally unsuccessful.
He went up two steps and advised me to use the following link. https://turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download. I opened the link but it was too complicated so I tried something else. I removed 2013 turbo
tax for the fifth time, and customercare@Qresolve.com and told them that my download manager was not working correctly, they corrected it. I then downloaded turbo tax 2013,
then, the online check updates, then the Ia state 2013, again online check updates, And then I E-filed my 2013 returns.

Good experience - as usual

TurboTax continues to make a complex task easier than it would seem. The intuitive approach of walking you through your tax situation by asking "what happened last year?" also serves to prompt you to remember things that were not important at the time, but are very important come April 15th. My only "con" is that sometimes it's tough to find out the "why", such as "why didn't I qualify for that credit?". I trust that the determination is correct and the information is there (somewhere) but it would be nice to have a more detailed explanatory box pop up to say specifically why you qualified or didn't.
What's great about it: Simplified but complete
What's not so great: Sometimes lacks transparency
