Taxes made easy

I really like Turbo Tax and I've used it for years. The step-by-step directions are perfect for me and it makes the process easy. The ONLY thing I'd love to see is that occasionally it's hard to understand the description of what they are asking. I sometimes have gone to the internet to explain what TT just asked. But overall, I'll continue to use it year after year!
What's great about it: Interview helps get you through tax process
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to understand

Easy even for the nerdless.

Easy, orderly step-by-step process to ensure that everything is covered. Good explanations of terms and practices that ease decision making. Leads nicely aroung pitfalls.
What's great about it: Leads through the process so that anyone can follow.
What's not so great: Hard to find any significant cons.

I would have liked to see on the last screen before efiling the list of documents being sent. That would have made it easier to know which forms really went. The print option doesn't appear to reset to only the required documents once you use the print menu.

Easy to use year after year

It's all pretty stress free and I love the free e-file option.
What's great about it: Annual usage means data is saved from the previous year and helps one remember what information is needed.
What's not so great: For me, great...not sure about a complex return.
