Better & Easier getting my return

Turbo Tax has greatly improved navigations, and easy access to the forms, I find really helpful. I still feel that Turbo Tax has room to improve the question trees. For example, T-Tax know I'm filling from a state without Income Tax. Ask me if I worked in, or received income from another state that has State Income Tax. IF "NO" then don't bring up the topic again, please. Accept in final review, just to make sure.
What's great about it: Better navigation and easier to see forms
What's not so great: Turbo Tax will duplicate manual pages, with down loaded finical pages, and not warn of duplication.

Can't delete contents of a field

the W-2 form of a relative included $800 in Dependent Care Benefits. Entering that W-2 data generated a Form 2441 which asked for the name and other data about the Dependent Care Provider. I mistakenly put the wrong data into several of those fields, and when I tried to correct the data, TurboTax wouldn't let me do so. After several attempts, I tried deleting the W-2 form and reentering it, but that didn't solve the problem. Finally I had to delete the Dependent Worksheet and reenter that worksheet in order to solve the problem.
Needless to say, this is unacceptable!
What's great about it: Price is OK, Handles most situations adequately
What's not so great: It was very difficult to delete the contents of a field

as long as i have all my data lined up it doesn't take very long to pump out a tax return. of course, you need to read everything as you go

Wish Turbo Tax would ask for each income and expense item separately rather than lumping things together when doing the input for next year's estimates. It's confusing the way it is now.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: the way info is input for next year's estimated taxes

Professional Reporting with Confidence!

One more return submitted with confidence and thoroughness, despite the $$$,$$$ that i owed Federal and State. My outlook: It could have been worse, without guidance from TurboTax!!
What's great about it: Anticipated and guided every conceivable opportunity to reduce tax liability.
What's not so great: None come to mind.

Love my TURBOTAX

I have used TurboTax for about 10 years now. I love it because I can do it in my home. We have normal itemized deductions and income. Turbo Tax works for us!

Turbo Tax makes the Income Tax much easier, even though the process is a lot of work!
What's great about it: Makes the process a lot easier.
What's not so great: Forces us to go through mulitple pages if we go back.
