Good as usual, but confusing on 529 Tuition Plans

I know it's really an IRS thing, but the only trouble I had this year with TurboTax was filing my two kids' (free) federal forms and our MFJ federal returns. Information from Intuit seemed to be contradictory and confusing. Clarifying instructions would be appreciated.
What's great about it: Straightforward and thorough
What's not so great: Confusing instructions on where to report (parent/student) 529 disbursements

TurboTax2013 is definitely easier to use than previous versions for those of us who are confident with tax preparation. It allows me to go directly where I need to without being forced to visit each area. Thanks for the change!

great product, been using It for years. recommend to everyone I know. doesn't make any sense to pay someone when this product is available.

Easy to use Gives good explanations of issues Like the fact that one can import last year's information and that saves time and makes entering data much quicker.
What's great about it: helpful tips, like explanations
What's not so great: living in Ohio , I pay Michigan payroll taxes, Turbo tax did a Ok job, just confusing

Deluxe Turbo Tax

Turbo tax makes filing your taxes easy. Just answer the questions and follow directions. Worst part is just having to gather up all your info to input, but I guess that's our part.
What's great about it: User friendly. Walks you through the entire process.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good software, but could be tweaked

I've used TT for over 10 years. There is no price acknowledgement for loyalty. In fact, the price of a second state and filing state returns increased. I think loyal TT users should get a price break, and I think most others will agree with me.
As to the inconsistent screens: Some say "none of the above." Others just expect the user to click "continue" even though there are a number of items that could be selected. The screens should be consistent in how responses are selected.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use; accurate
What's not so great: Cost of filing state return; cost to buy second state return; inconsistent screens
