No Stones Unturned!

I've enjoyed using Turbo Tax for years. Obviously, it beneficial or I wouldn't continue to use it.
No one enjoys doing their taxes but Turbo Tax does make it less complex.
Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Guides you through step by step; checks for best possible refunds for you
What's not so great: Wish some of the wording in the tabs would be more clear, some was contradicting, or appeared to be.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and easy

It is straight forward to use but it did add in some extra forms so when I got to the review it told me that I have some forms to finish. It also put in an extra w2 form but did not fill it out completely

I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years to file my tax return. The program is easy to use and thorough. It is also affordable. I feel secure using it.

Houston, we have a problem!

I have been using TT for at least 7 years and NEVER had any problems. This year, unfortunately, there was a glitch when paying for the state filing fee. The TT program didn't move forward, came back to the "How do you want to pay" page. I checked my bank account and the "pending" charge is there already. Now I'm waiting for the "call-back" from the help line. Hope they actually call me back. The wait time was 31 minutes so I opted for the "hold my place in line and have someone call you back" option.
What's great about it: love the questions - they walk you through it!
What's not so great: experienced a "payment issue" when paying my state filing fee

relax use turbo tax

After 5 years of using turbo tax, I can truthfully state that it is far and above other forms of tax preparation. All the new tax laws (they change every year) are all ready incorporated in the program, plus a complete search of possible deductions are checked.. Most of these items are not known by the average person. Thank you TURBO TAX for making tax return filing (almost) fun.
What's great about it: most of the work is completed by turbo tax

Great help

Great software. This is probably close to my 10th year in a row of using Turbo Tax and I plan on using it again next year. Easy to use. I had a little trouble at the end of the filing process and called the customer service line. WOW! Such great service is uncommon these days.
Please keep up the great work and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
