improves each year

I've been using Quicken TurboTax for over 10 years..the Products improvewith each addition.. TurboTax user interface is intuitive and user-friendly,, so friendly I was able to use it within a month after having a major stroke. I expect to be using TurboTax and Quicken as long as I have income to manage and taxes to pay.
What's great about it: very thorough and detailed process
What's not so great: while thorough,, processing seems somewhat tedious
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Software does an excellent job easy to navagate

I like the software because it is accurate, easy to navigate, and it does upload all previous year's tax information that is needed to accurately prepare a tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to navagate and program is accurate
What's not so great: Cost compared to other tax software

Submission - refund

The program is excellent.
However , do not think that you cannot have refund hijackedthrough this e-fiing system.
It has happened to me before.
Hopefully, tracking by Intuit to assure delivery ofrefund wil be part of future offerings (possibly with small fee); otherwise, it may not be worth the risk as cybercrime keeps rising

What's great about it: Speed, ease, ability to bring together forms quickly
What's not so great: No guarantee that you will receive your refund

Turbo Tax is the only way to file your taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and they are great in every way, I always tell my friends to file with Turbo Tax,

Very easy to use except navigating back and forth to check things, it seemed easy to get "lost" and I wasn't sure something hadn't been skipped in the process. Somehow, TurboTax has my phone number as my work number and I couldn't figure out how to change that. Overall, very pleased with TurboTax and will most likely use it again next year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax knows what questions to ask.
What's not so great: Wasn't as confident everything was checked if I went back at all - seemed to lose my place.

Not Taxing

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. It's easy to use and simple to follow. I've used tax professionals in the past, but because my taxes are not overly complicated, I decided I would do them myself.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Good prompts.
What's not so great: I came upon a few hidden costs when ready to efile.
