Walked me through with class

I been using Turbo Tax for years, some of the changes were good, but I think the pervious years were more user friendly. Like to see some instructions on what to expect, how/when to save documents, customer service number and step by step filing instructions on both federal and state forms on the start up page.
What's great about it: Easy to understand question, like the walk through
What's not so great: Need to explain in the beginning on not doing any saving or changing the documents name to the very end.

Loved it easy and efficient loved being able to upload last years info made the process much faster.

Software is easy to use. I like that it automatically pulls in previous year information and compares at each step.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND

EASY TO USE, BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING THE STATE THIS YEAR. EVEN THOUGH IT PASSED REVIEW WHEN I GO TO PRINT THE FORMS THERE IS A HUGE, "DO NOT FILE ACOSS THE PAGES??? THIS IS THE SIXTH YEAR THAT I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT.
What's great about it: NICE AND EASY TO USE
What's not so great: DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN I PRINT OUT THE STATE FORMS IT STATES DO NOT FILE ACROSS IT?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over all it was great and easy.
What's great about it: quick and clear process
What's not so great: took a long time to get onto website to pay for state tax and long time to efile

Good process difficult finish

The flow of the tax preparation was very good. I have used the product for 6 years and the flow and review is very good.
This time the State payment and the account verification failed constantly. I had to close the program each time and finally skipped the account login and just paid for the State filing.
What's great about it: Good flow through tax prep
What's not so great: Filing and State payment very painful
