I like the process used for filling out the forms, the problem I have is the payment area. I was not sure the total amount since it asked for the credit card various time.
What's great about it: Easy steps for filing
What's not so great: Payment process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent product. Consumers must be careful to read all advisories.
What's great about it: Easy, precise, excellent help files.
What's not so great: can be a bit confusing in areas.

Why do you give the opportunity to print the return twice?
It saves paper and ink if you offer to print the returns just once.
I printed the returns the first opportunity, thinking there would not be another time to print. If you had made a comment that you will be able to get a printout later in the session I would have waited til then. Otherwise your software was fantastic and easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it easier to use each time. Also, I have not experienced any problems with my returns. Thanks Turbo Tax for making me feel like a pro.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is user friendly; simple, straight forward instructions with checks along the way to catch any errors.
What's not so great: I had no problems using this software.
