Refund Surprise!

I was surprised to find I was to get a refund. I withdrew some money from the retirement fund is the reason but I was wrong and happy.
What's great about it: All the deductions were explained
What's not so great: None that I found
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Breezy

When I tried to e-file I had a a problem with my form 1099R entry. I went to the "help" desk and got the answer to the problem quickly---thanks.

Quality is slipping

A rounding error caused an error check loop, until I realized that in one place the value was rounded up, in another place in was truncated! This caused the check to keep looping, but the reason for the error was less than concise and the error was not mine. This was on the MA Non resident for dealing with non MA Soc Sec and FICA values (of the spouse with NO MA income).
What's great about it: Does help with excruciating detail
What's not so great: Rounding is not consistent.

Time Saving

Thank you for the time saved each year. From year to year I've keep documents and tracking as suggested and time is saved when its time to sit down and go thru the questions.
