Handled Complexities Well

I had some very complicated contributions and withdrawals from multiple retirement accounts. The system handled these well with very little pain to me. I also had some unusual charitable contributions which were a little overwhelming until I just started entering them into the program. Everything went smoothly and I feel confident my return is accurate both legally and mathematically. How cool is that?
What's great about it: Complex retirement & contribution amounts handled with a breeze
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't E-file - stuck in error loop - no help

I've used Turbo Tax for years - without too many issues, but suddenly the program will not let me E-file. My only option is to file by mail. The other problem - I had to pay for the E-file option before the program told me that I couldn't E-file. I'm done with Turbo Tax for good.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Program is stuck in an error loop

Interview process gives you ease of mind and guides you through the entire process.
If there is a deduction you are entitled to, Turbo tax will find it for you.
Inexpensive and convenient to e-file from home.
No trips to accountant, post office or even the bank.
Another refund this year and with TurboTax's W-4 tool, I keep my money in the bank, not with the IRS.
Easy to use, all categories explained for you.

Almost perfect

I think TurboTax is a wonderful program. I just have a few very minor complaints. I wish the program would give you the option to file on a different form (Form 1040 instead of 1040A), rather than choose the option for you. I understand that it chooses the most efficient form depending on your situation, but I would still like to have that option. Also, I could not print the "submission to IRS page'. I would like to be able to keep a copy of that. Otherwise, TurboTax is a great time-saver in filing taxes and I will definitely continue to use it every year.
What's great about it: Provides walk-throughs; does the math for you
What's not so great: Cannot change type of tax form; cannot print 'submission to IRS page'
