17 years using TurboTax. It's just that good.
What's great about it: Great prompts on tax topics.
What's not so great: Wish help files were more intuitive

Simple.....

Been using for almost 20 years, love it, the imports etc. Had a more complicated return this year and cold have used a little help on a couple of the boxes, but was able to figure it out. The e-filing is great! No worry about a late return.
What's great about it: Able to do a 25 page return on my own!
What's not so great: Some of the "extra" schedules could use additional info
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for ten (10) years because it is simple and direct with doing my taxes. I encourage all of my family and friends to use turbo tax too.

one reason i've always liked turbotax was the ease in preparing my returns by not having to key in all my demographic info. this year you found my 2011 return but none of it transferred to the new return. i'm not sure i will ever use your software again!
