I thought a Free State return was included? Why did I have to pay again?
What's not so great: Seems like I'm always paying additonal charges
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have been using TurboTax since its inception. Am very well satisfied with it. It is certainly better than going to some outsider for preparation.
What's great about it: Handles all acpects of return easily
What's not so great: MLP (Forms K-1) nedds uppdatine especially sales thereof.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used this program for the past several years. Used another one for my daughters review. IT was ok, but I like Turbo Tax.

Program Crash

I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade and recommending it to others. As I was working on taxes this year, the program crashed and I lost all my work. I have been spoiled by the autosave function of Microsoft Office products. Turbo Tax should add this feature to their software.
What's great about it: Reasonably easy to use
What's not so great: Program crashed and I lost hours of work
