Nice software, easy to follow step by step, or jump around as desired. Covered all tax situations for my return. Decent security as long as the return is password protected. Saving a copy of last years return to a thumb drive makes it easy to import data for the following years return.
What's great about it: Easy to do

As usual, TurboTax does a good job of collecting info in an organized manner. It gives all the choices you normally need to get it right the first time and catches errors of omission, like no tax id number for a 1099R.
If you're not sure what the category covers the help explanations usually give you a good idea.
I can't say it's a pleasant experience but it's as painless as it can be under the circumstances
What's great about it: easy to understand and straight forward
What's not so great: tedious review process for double checking entries

So Reliable

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and I have found it to be extremely useful and mostly easy to use. I had some things that didn't save this year, so I had several errors to fix in the review that should have been recorded. But, this is actually a good check to be sure everything was entered correctly.
What's great about it: Helped me set up an IRA this year. Easy steps to complete the return.
What's not so great: Some things are still complicated and you have to run an update to get some of the forms.

Excellent and Easy Software!

I have been using Turbo Tax software for more than 10 years. I keep buying this software because its ease of use as well as how thorough the software is in guiding me through my returns. I love using it and will continue using it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, detailed walkthroughs and explanations
What's not so great: Up front loading process could be faster

Excellent Tax Experience

Having used TurboTax for many years, I was familiar with it so decided not to use the guided walkthrough. I elected to go through the return form by form. It was a pleasant experience and was faster for me than the guided walkthrough.
What's great about it: TurboTax Deluxe was great for my returns. 1099-B downloads are great.
What's not so great: Make it easier to avoid the walkthrough.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
