Turbo Tax - My HERO!

I can't imagine filling my taxes any other way. Turbo Tax has everything I need; it asks all the right questions and makes the tedious task of entering personal data a thing of the past, because it automatically imports these details from prior year's return. I feel comfortable that my tax return is accurate and I feel confident I've taken all deductions I'm entitled to. Excellent product I would recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to follow prompts; doesn't miss a deduction; running total of amount owed/refunded convenient
What's not so great: none really - overall, Turbo Tax makes the process painless and fun. (yes, I know - I need to get out more.)

I don't suppose that it's ever enjoyable to do your taxes, but TurboTax took me through step by step in an incredibly easy and thoughtful way that made me feel confident and assured. It's the one thing that takes the sting out of filing my taxes.

Would like it if the form line number was referenced in step-by-step process in Fed and State. It would also be helpful if more references to the previous tax year were made visible in the step by step process. Noted this was particularly lacking in the state return. This can be very helpful when trying to understand what is being asked in a particular step as I could see exactly how I handled it in the previous year.
What's great about it: Step by step process is straight forward and ItsDeductible makes item donations simple
What's not so great: Would like it if the form line number was referenced in step-by-step

The Only ONE to use.

Have used TurboTax for years and have always had a good experience. As a pastor it always figures my housing allowance correctly. Tried the other brand one year and had to switch to TurboTax to finish because it was messing up figuring housing allowance.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow

Good purchase and worth the time for Turbo Tax to fill out forms.
What's great about it: Easy to do. Took shorter time that I anticipated.
What's not so great: Nothing yet.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State Submission by Print

Your make it very, very difficult to file a printed copy to the state. I assume you do that to get the additional revenue from the State

I am very unhappy that you do not provide the option to send a print file to the state like you do for the Federal return.
