I've used Turbo Tax for 15 years but have never had the printings issues I had this year. First it creates a PDF file but when I go to print for this file it will only print a few pages at a time. I had 58 pages to print. It printed the last nine pages then stopped. I started again and it printed five pages. Again I started ( reducing the number of pages each time) and it only printed three pages. It took me 15 tries to get all 58 pages printed. Not good.
Also while trying to Efile it would not let me without first doing an update. Ok. But then I had to start over with the process instead of going back to the spot it required the update. Again not effiecent.

Turbo Tax is great

This is a great product. I found the software to be easy to use and intuitive.
What's great about it: It is easy to navigate - even if you have no tax knowledge.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use, Accurate

I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years. I always find it easy to use and complete. It auto updates each time you open your file for review or continuation. I especially like the efile. Do not like that you have to pay to efile your state forms.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use. Walks you through every step of the way.
What's not so great: Have to exhorbanite payment to efile state refund.

GOOD REFUND

LIKED USING TURBOTAX. I HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR I HAD PROBLEMS IN PRINTING IT OUT TO SEND IN TO THE IRS.
What's not so great: DIFFICULT AND CONFUSION IN PRINTING FORMS - PDF???

Still the Best

I've been using turbo Tax for years... right after I discovered that buying TT and doing my own taxes was (possibly) more accurate than what I was paying to an accounting service for doing my taxes.... I literally saved several hundred dollars per year.....
What's great about it: wlk through seems to cover everything
What's not so great: none of any real consequence for my level of returns

No Refund Expected Easy

It was almost like talking to an accountant. Have used Turbo Tax every year except for 3 Bankruptcy years, the software is not that powerful to cover that in Arizona.
Other than that we have been very happy.

Turbo charge

Tax return IS easy to prepare; takes only a few hours. BUT the product/process seems to increase in price every year and at this rate, taking it to a professional next year seems a better option.
What's great about it: Easy to prepare
What's not so great: Gets more expensive every year.
