I like to use forms but it was not easy to get to state or review or file from there. Had to go back to step by step. Don't remember having to do that in prior years.

All Software Should Work Like T-Tax!

I have used T-Tax for several years now. Even though my tax situation has gotten more complex from year to year, I still find this tool easy to use, fast, user friendly and reliable. Kudos for making the most out of an otherwise complicated, unpleasant experience.
What's great about it: Fast, easy and very user friendly; feel confident that results are accurate.
What's not so great: When using the Back button, data previously entered was not always saved; AMT section is confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Please stop with the white letters on blue for the buttons!!!! Black on white or white on black, please!

Ease of Use and Accuracy of Detail

I have used TurboTax for over ten years, it gets easier (user friendly) every year. I have never had a mistake caused by the math or improper definition or terms. I am a trained tax preparer as well as an accountant so did my returns manually in years past, but even then had minor errors. No longer, TurboTax makes the job easy.
What's great about it: Ease of use - gets less complicated every year I use TurboTax

Gets better every year

Turbo Tax improves each year. I've been using the software since the late 90's and have seen the vast improvements since. I do recommend for anyone that may have used a "Block" service.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Not enough detailed explanations...still have to use Web to research topics
