problems

had to put in a date for sale of a stock and it would not take it ,said it was in valid thus i could not e file . could not over ride this .also in processing my taxes in did not ask if i had sent vouchers for 2013 taxes, i had to go back into forms and enter this info.both cases cost me time and posibility of paying more taxes.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: would not allow some changes

fees too high

I have used TurboTax at least 10 years. It is very easy. I do not file my state taxes online through TurboTax because it is just too expensive. If the state filing fee were only $10, I would gladly file online. It is also confusing now if you are filing the fed return online but printing the state return.
What's great about it: pretty easy
What's not so great: State filing fees are way too high

Straight Forward, Easy to use, Accurate

I have been using turbo tax for as long as it has been available. There has never been a problem with the Federal or state returns. Answers to my questions are readily accessible. I intend to keep using it.
What's great about it: Options for step by step or form oriented
What's not so great: Not quite obvious on how to go back & make corrections
Pros: I bought or sold investments

i will buy it next year because the pros definitely outweighs the cons!!
What's great about it: wasn't confusing and finished them easily
What's not so great: didnt go through first couple times. kept saying i needed an update after i updated

Somewhat disappointed

I was very frustrated with this year's software program. Couldn't find some of the Interest forms, had to wing it... Couldn't tell what question was coming up next to know if I had to answer the screen I was in or wait...very disappointing!

Very dissatisfied. The last couple years I got audited for mistakes - not mine, except I didn't check close enough. This year I ended up doing by hand after I could see clear mistakes. Won't buy the taxware again.
