Painless Taxes

Turbo Tax is a great product! Easy to follow instructions and self help guides. I don't see why everyone with a computer doesn't do their own taxes.

Have used turbo tax several years since retiring. I love it. Used to go to a CPA, but our taxes are simple and turbo tax makes it easy to use.
What's great about it: helpful walkthroughs... easy to use format

As always - smoothe and easy

As always, TurboTax made my tax filing easy. Because it remembers my facts from year-to-year it saves time. It runs me through the right questions and when I'm done it gives me confidence that my returns are done right!

I love Turbo Tax and have been using it for probably almost 15 years. I can do my taxes and feel confident I have done them right.
What's great about it: simple
What's not so great: makes you go through the things you don't have.

Very Easy To Use

This was my first time not going through a CPA and it was straightforward. I will definitely use it from now on and save the hundreds of dollars to the CPA firm.
What's great about it: Help built in to program!
What's not so great: Some help sections need more explanation but overall very nice!

So Easy to Use!!!

Turbo tax is extremely helpful - especially after the first year. The program remembers all your details and prefills items that it can making it much easier to go through the W2 section and the charity section in particular.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walks you through every step - even suggesting items I might have forgotten.
What's not so great: No cons to report
