Printing Returns : Lost granularity in 2013vs2012

Previously had this option and saved a lot of paper…now, you have to print out copies even if you didn't need them
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Print to File vs Print for Hard Copy no longer option

i think this year's program stinks. I had to back up many times to find the right window. Seems it clicked ahead several windows as i tried to forward. Also, it wouldn't let me file my state taxes without paying the e-file charges. It has been a horror especially compared to last year when things went smoothly. i am very disappointed.

wish they would show a list of the different categories before you start entering medical, what goes into each category. I had to keep going back & redoing.
What's great about it: so glad they save so you can come back when you keep being interrupted

Taxes are more complex, and with the new rules for investments and cost basis , it was good to have turbo tax.
What's great about it: help with complex tax returns
What's not so great: can't pay with credit card for state
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for the last 8 years. I could not be more satisified, except if maybe TurboTax paid what I owed every year. I love it! Thanks for your help.

I've been using TurboTax for about 18 years and this version was flawless. In previous years the program would be a little buggy here and there, but this version was awesome. Congratulations to a job well done! Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: The entire interface was flawless.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
