I found that the program did the job. However the program was not as easy to follow this year and found it difficult to make changes. also details in sections like home office difficult to understand and as result i did not take any deductions this year. Similar results in some other areas too.
What's great about it: Got the job done
What's not so great: Sections more diffecult to follow this year.

Have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now; the entire family uses it too. The tax program is very user friendly and always keeps you up to date on any changes to the tax rules. I feel confident in using Turbo Tax to do my tax returns each year and will continue this tradition as long as there are tax returns to be filed. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Hidden Fees

The process is easy and the tutorials are good but too many hidden fees.
What's great about it: quick and easy

A problem I did have was an incomplete form that was brought to my attention. I did not start the form and TurboTax gave me no indication where the form was. I should have been able to click on a box and go to the form.
I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUPPLY A NICKNAME!!!!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least five years and have enjoyed the simplicity and easy way to get taxes completed. I feel safe and confident that this is the best way to file my taxes. They have everything and more that you can choose from and they explain every deduction and credit. I would recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It is so easy to finish my taxes. I liked the way Turbo Tax walks you through the process.
What's not so great: Sometimes there is too many things to think about.

Peace of Mind - Again

I have used Turbo Tax for two decades now and I have not been disappointed once. Many years ago I used a tax accountant and I have found Turbo Tax to be just as thorough, sometimes more so, and easier to deal with. The guided data entry is very helpful and makes entering information so easy. I like being able to switch to the forms when necessary. My taxes are pretty simple to calculate but I can see where Turbo Tax would also be advantageous if you have some of the more esoteric tax situations. This product is worth the price and then some.
What's great about it: Data entry is painless. Program structure is logical. Suggestions and advice are excellent.
What's not so great: If you are working with the forms and calculation sheets it can be difficult to discern how data should be entered.
