I remember on my 2012 return that there was a comparison chart for my 2011 numbers vs the 2012 numbers - I could not find that comparison on the 2013 return - maybe I missed it?? - Please let me know!

Gets worse every year

Great program if you really need to save a few pennies at the risk of losing big bucks that you might save by seeing a CPA
What's great about it: slightly cheaper than going to a CPA
What's not so great: Takes forever with stupid questions

I've been using TurboTax for years. The guides they provide make is easy to get the best refund. Lots of tools to maximize your return.

Hard Made Easy

Very easy to go through the process, with Turbotax. Just answer the questions and input the numbers. The check at the end verifies that all the info is there.
During the error review, I tried to switch between the easy step and form view. Returning from form view would not take me back to where I left easy step. I had to work my way back through the easy step process.

Good system but again instructions are not very clear.

What's not so great: Sometimes not clear what to do--also to print and file by mail DOES NOT WORK INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY CONFUSING

ADDRESS MATCHING WAS NOT CHECKING BEFORE FILING. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND W-2 ADDRESS CHECKING WAS NOT AUTOMATED.

This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and I continue to be pleased with the product. As long as you have your personal information available let Turbo Tax do the hard part. No fuss, no leaving home and you can even do it in your pj's.
What's great about it: ease of use, transfer of information from previous year
