The tech support agent was on the phone with me for 3 hours and extremely patient, However because of the cost of the program and failure causing me to redo my taxes I will not be buying this product again.
What's great about it: step by step process

It's the only one I can really follow and get me through this trying ordeal. The explanations and support is great and in plain English.
What's great about it: Smooth

A concerted effort to help find you additional tax software and services has been noticed. Price increases for state tax e-filing and federal / state tax software upgrades were also noted.

shifted from M/S pc to a Mac big mistake should have kept PC.
What's great about it: looked nice but
What's not so great: very difficult to get by w/o advanced programmer.

Quick and Thorough

Turbo Tax has always been (since 1994 for me) a great tax filing tool. I would not even consider another product.
What's great about it: Interactive, clear explanations make it really easy
What's not so great: High cost for State e-file
